Data and scope
How to contact NullGhost and what we agree before a security assessment.
When you contact us
Contact forms request your name and company, email, optional phone number and service of interest. The scan form requests a domain, email and authorization confirmation. We use these details to respond to and coordinate your request.
Form provider
Forms are submitted through Web3Forms. You can review its privacy policy before submitting. Alternatively, email contacto@nullghost.io directly. Do not include passwords, access keys or sensitive evidence in an initial inquiry.
Before assessing an environment
We agree on authorized targets, test types, deliverables and evidence handling. External checks may include direct HTTP/TLS connections; an external review does not imply internal system access or authorize additional testing.
Evidence and AI providers
Local processing or use of external providers is defined for the service. Evidence access, retention and deletion are also agreed. Required information depends on scope: these details should be defined before evidence is shared.

To inquire about, correct or request deletion of your inquiry data, email contacto@nullghost.io. Do not include credentials or third-party data in your message.
